The world jury is such a grand place. Guys like Floyd are immediately found guilty unless they can, somehow, prove themselves innocent beyond a reasonable doubt. Even then their image is forever tarnished. You can't even wait to see what happens before you damn Landis. I'd love to see how you would feel if the tables are ever turned and you are treated in the same way.

So tell me where is the logic here? Injecting steriod the night before stage 17 WOULD HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO BENEFIT. Why would he inject himself with no benefits when he knows up front he will be tested if he wins the stage? He would have to be taking steroids and a daily basis for a least a month or two on a regular basis combined with heavy training before he would see any benefits. Had he been doing this his blood samples from earlier in the tour would have shown elevated levels as well. Do you have any idea of how many times these guys get tested during the Tour De France??? Of course not because you have no fucking idea of what you are talking about.

I for one question his blood test since there was NOTHING for him to gain by takign steriods the night before he won the 17th stage. Do some fucking homework on how steroids work and what they can and can't do. They DO NOTHING for cardio-vascular fitness and there is no evidence that they enhance endurance. The ONLY fucking doping that would have made sense for him the night of the 17th would be EPO doping or blood doping. Even gene doping would have had no effect overnight. An American has one the tour 8 years in a row and 11 out of the last 21. That does not sit well with the tour. The blood was tested by a French lab. Since taking steriods makes no sense I question whether the blood samples have been tampered with.

If at the end of the day Floyd is guilty so be it but I will withold my judgement until I have seen acceptable proof.
